Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancel at least 7 days before the class date for a 100% refund. After that the refund rate decreases, and no refund is available for cancellations from 2 days before the class through the day itself, or for no-shows.
- To cancel, contact Customer Service (0507-1339-5782) or our KakaoTalk channel; refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of your request.
- Group bookings may be subject to separate cancellation and refund terms agreed in advance.
