Booking cancellation · refund
- Based on the class date, 100% refund if canceled 7 days in advance. Refund rate decreases after that, and no refund is available for cancellation 2 days prior or on the day of class, as well as for no-shows.
- Cancellation can be applied through Customer Center (0507-1339-5782) or Kakao Channel, and refund will be processed within 3-5 business days after application.
- Group reservations may be subject to separate cancellation and refund regulations after consultation.
