Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms of Service is to define the conditions and procedures for using various services, including Art Kit sales, class reservations, and corporate/institutional On-site Classes, provided through the website (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") operated by Chireunsibill Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and its members.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Member" refers to a person who agrees to these terms and completes the membership registration process set by the Company to use the service.
  2. "Content" refers to Art Kits, classes (One-day Classes, corporate On-site Classes, institutional collaborations), and all other products and services provided by the Company.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

  1. These terms take effect when posted on the service screen or notified to members in other ways.
  2. The Company may amend these terms to the extent permitted by law, and will announce the effective date and the reason for the amendment at least 7 days before it takes effect.

Article 4 (Membership Registration)

  1. Member registration is completed when the user agrees to the terms of service, enters the required information according to the Company's registration form, and the Company accepts the registration.
  2. You can register with an email address and password, or sign up with a social account such as Kakao, Naver or Google.
  3. The Company may refuse an application, or later cancel the membership, in any of the following cases:
    • The application uses another person's name
    • The application contains false information
    • The application does not meet the Company's other requirements

Article 5 (Service Provision and Change)

  1. The Company provides services such as Art Kit sales, class reservations, corporate and institutional On-site Classes, and art museum collaborations.
  2. The Company may change what it offers when a product sells out, a service is revised and so on, and will announce the reason and the change in advance.

Article 6 (Formation of Contract and Payment)

  1. A contract is formed when a member orders a product or class following the Company's procedure, selects a payment method and completes payment.
  2. Payment by credit card, bank transfer and other methods is processed through a payment gateway designated by the Company; payment details such as card numbers are not stored on the Company's servers.

Article 7 (Withdrawal, Cancellation, and Refund)

Matters concerning withdrawal of offer, termination or cancellation of the contract, and refunds are governed by the separately posted Refund and Cancellation Policy, which constitutes part of these terms.

Article 8 (Account Deletion and Loss of Membership)

  1. Members may ask to delete their account at any time, and the Company will process the request immediately.
  2. If a member violates these terms, for example by misusing another person’s information or deliberately interfering with the operation of the service, the Company may restrict or revoke their membership.

Article 9 (Personal Information Protection)

The Company strives to protect members' personal information as required by law. The collection, use and storage of personal information are governed by the separately posted Privacy Policy.

Article 10 (Company's Obligations)

The Company does not engage in conduct prohibited by law or by these terms, and does its best to provide a stable service. It maintains security systems to protect members' personal information, and publishes and complies with its Privacy Policy.

Article 11 (Member's Obligations)

  1. Members must comply with relevant laws, regulations, terms of service, usage guides, and notices related to the service.
  2. Members cannot use the service for business activities without the Company's prior consent.

Article 12 (Copyright Ownership)

The copyright and intellectual property rights of the content (design, image, text, etc.) created by the Company within the service belong to the Company. Members cannot use, reproduce, transmit, distribute, or have a third party use it without the Company's prior consent.

Article 13 (Dispute Resolution)

Disputes between the Company and a member are, as a rule, to be settled amicably by mutual agreement. If no agreement is reached, the relevant laws and customary practice apply.
