Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms of Service is to define the conditions and procedures for using various services, including Art Kit sales, class reservations, and corporate/institutional On-site Classes, provided through the website (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") operated by Chireunsibill Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and its members.
Article 2 (Definition)
- "Member" refers to a person who agrees to these terms and completes the membership registration process set by the company to use the service.
- "Content" refers to Art Kits, classes (One-day Classes, corporate On-site Classes, institutional collaborations), and all other products and services provided by the company.
Article 3 (Effect and Change of Terms)
- These terms take effect when posted on the service screen or notified to members in other ways.
- We can modify this agreement within the scope not violating related laws, and we will notify the application date and reason for modification at least 7 days before the application date.
Article 4 (Membership Registration)
- Member registration is completed when the user agrees to the terms of service, enters the required information according to the company's registration form, and the company accepts the registration.
- Member registration can be done through email and password or through simple registration using Kakao, Naver, Google, etc.
- We may refuse to accept or cancel the membership contract of the following applications.
- Using someone else's name
- If you enter false information
- In cases where the company's application requirements are not met
Article 5 (Service Provision and Change)
- The company provides services such as Art Kit sales, class reservations, corporate and institutional On-site Classes, and art museum collaborations.
- We can change the contents provided due to product out-of-stock, service modification, etc., and we will notify the reason and contents before the change.
Article 6 (Contract Establishment and Payment)
- A contract is established when a member applies for a product or class according to the company's procedure and pays the payment by selecting a payment method.
- Payment is processed through an electronic payment agency (PG company) designated by the company, such as credit card or account transfer, and payment information such as card number is not stored on the company server.
Article 7 (Withdrawal, Cancellation, and Refund)
Matters concerning withdrawal of offer, termination or cancellation of the contract, and refunds are governed by the separately posted Refund and Cancellation Policy, which constitutes part of these terms.
Article 8 (Membership Withdrawal and Disqualification)
- Members can withdraw from membership at any time and the company will process the withdrawal immediately.
- If a member violates these terms, such as stealing another person’s information or intentionally interfering with the operation of the service, the company may restrict or revoke the member’s membership.
Article 9 (Personal Information Protection)
We strive to protect member personal information in accordance with related laws, and we will post and comply with the Personal Information Collection, Use, and Storage Policy separately. Personal info processing policyis subject to.
Article 10 (Company's Obligations)
We do not engage in activities prohibited by related laws and regulations, and we strive to provide stable services. We have a security system to protect member personal information and publicly post and comply with the Personal Information Processing Policy.
Article 11 (Member's Obligations)
- Members must comply with relevant laws, regulations, terms of service, usage guides, and notices related to the service.
- Members cannot use the service for business activities without the company's prior consent.
Article 12 (Copyright Attribution)
The copyright and intellectual property rights of the content (design, image, text, etc.) created by the company within the service belong to the company. Members cannot use, reproduce, transmit, distribute, or have a third party use it without the company's prior consent.
Article 13 (Dispute Resolution)
Any disputes between the company and its members will be resolved amicably through mutual consultation. If no agreement is reached, we will follow relevant laws and regulations.
