Exchanges & Returns
- If you change your mind, you can exchange or return an unopened, unused kit within 7 days of delivery. (You pay shipping both ways.)
- If the product differs from what was shown or advertised, you may cancel within 3 months of receiving it, or within 30 days of finding out. (We pay the shipping.)
- If your kit is faulty or the wrong item was sent, contact customer service with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll exchange or refund it free of charge.
- We can't process returns sent without notice, so please contact customer service first.
When exchanges and returns are not accepted
Under Korea's Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, returns may be refused in the following cases:
- The packaging has been opened and the kit used, or consumables (paint, canvas, etc.) have been used
- Change-of-mind requests made more than 7 days after delivery
- The product has lost value because it was used or partly used up
