Exchange/Return Guide
- Exchange/return due to simple change of mind is possible within 7 days of receipt, only if the product is unopened and unused. (Round-trip shipping cost is borne by the customer)
- Display · Advertising Content and Different Implementation Cases: Within 3 months from the date of supply, and within 30 days from the date of discovery, a refund is possible. (Shipping fee borne by the company)
- In case of product defects or misdelivery, please report to the customer center with a photo within 7 days of receipt, and we will exchange or refund for free.
- Please note that arbitrary returns are difficult to process, so please register with the customer center first.
