On-site Class, Frequently Asked Questions
The process is: Inquiry → Consultation (confirming purpose, number of participants, schedule, and budget) → Customized Program Proposal → Quotation & Contract → On-site Execution. Since we bring all instructors and materials, the only thing the organization needs to prepare is the venue. We travel anywhere in the country.
Yes. Chireunsibill is a registered company on Narajangteo (Korea ON-line E-Procurement System), so we can immediately issue quotes for public institutions and schools. As a preliminary social enterprise designated by the Ministry of Employment and Labor (designated in 2025.07), we can also adjust to the budgets of public and welfare institutions. Based on activity records from 2020 to 2026, we have conducted On-site Classes at 91 institutions.
We have collaborated on educational programs with 15 museums and cultural institutions, including planning and operating domestic and international institutional cooperation exhibitions for the Gwangju Museum of Art, operating a 300-pyeong educational pop-up zone and special experience zone at the Asia Culture Center (ACC), as well as the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, Daegu Art Museum, Jeonnam Museum of Art, and Woo Jae-gil Art Museum. You can view photos and original texts on our activity page.
We do not have a fixed price list. If you let us know your budget and headcount first, we will propose possible programs and kit configurations within that range to match your unit price — social enterprises and public institutions have vastly different budgets, so we do not set a single unit price. Selecting items and quantities on the online estimate page instantly generates an estimate form (PDF/Print), and we issue tax invoices as a corporate business.
Based on 22 types of self-developed Art Kits, including Pouring Art, Texture Painting, Fluid Beach, and Traditional Pattern Box, we organize employee welfare and team-building programs, school classes, local children's center education, and museum-linked programs. We adjust them according to the purpose, number of participants, and duration.
